Eris is, and always has been a spirit of chaos. Giggly, bubbly, devious, and conniving, she loves nothing more than pure, old fashioned fun, and is good at making it happen. With magical abilities bordering on godlike, she is capable of altering the very fabric of space and time to suit her needs. However, she's more likely to alter herself, than anybody around her.

Eris is also prone to a certain type of merriment, the madgod loving nothing more than to take others into herself and tease them for her own amusement. When she consumes you, in whatever form, the only fear you should harbor is for your sanity; For there is nothing so boring as a corpse. If you find yourself as her personal plaything, best to play along...Otherwise she might keep you even longer.

Eris, while she may seem crazy and uncaring, is actually quite the opposite. She's a very softhearted soul, and sees all life as precious. She has found purpose in brightening up boring lives, and helping others find value in themselves. She takes different approaches, and all the ones that she latches onto might not necessarily like it. But in the end, everything is back to normal, and the ones she loves find themselves better off for her attention.

THE GOLDEN APPLE

This deserves special attention. It's Eris's calling card, if you will. Visible only to the person it's meant for, it cannot be thrown away or destroyed in any way. It will always reappear in the person's possession, until they take a bite. It tastes incredibly good, and can have random effects, but one is always constant. Eris will appear to whoever eats it. And then the fun begins.
