Chrissie has led an average life, having been through school, and now works as a secretary at Vortec Industries, a company specialising in vore research. It wasn't until she signed the contract that she realised what she'd gotten herself into, as when she applied it wasn't advertised what the company did.
By signing the contract, she had agreed that she would be working for the company for the duration of her natural life, a term that confused Chrissie to begin with until it was explained to her via demonstration. In that a snake was released and allowed to swallow her.
While she struggled inside it, she could hear calm voices outside it, which even when she called out to them didn't seem to be offering any assistance. More studying the events happening before them. No matter what she did, she only found herself suffocating inside, soon expending what little air she had and falling into unconsciousness.
She had no idea how long she was out, but soon she found herself awake and in a glass case. Before she could even scream to be released, the glass moved aside and she could step out, slightly dazed by the sudden change of scenery. She could remember being chased, falling down while trying to escape and then being overtaken by that reptile. She could only assume that they finally killed it and got her out as she got dressed and walked through the corridors.
She found her way back to the interview room, where she saw the very snake that chased her back in it's tank, a small torn off piece of fabric from her top attached to it's fang.
They called it a consciousness transfer, apparently it was a prototype for something they were working on. Her standing there again showed it had worked, though there were a few small issues that needed ironing out, too minor to mention but it had made her effectively immortal.
She was now an unofficial guinea pig, but should anyone ask, she was a secretary and would work as such unless she was further needed. In any case, the pay was more than she expected which was all she really was bothered about. Besides, between "shifts" she was free to do what she liked, and even encouraged to put the device through as many tests as she could.
After all, without testing, no science could be done.
Results of testing:
Having had a spell cast on her to send her to sleep while being digested in
Alori's stomach, was still affected by it after transfer. Proposes anything affecting mental state is carried over.
