Megan and Helen are a part of the Speckled Sky.

What would it take to get you kicked out of Hell? Not escape, but kicked out?

Whatever it is, these two demonesses did it, and now they've been banished to Earth to live out the rest of their painfully long lives. Now, this may not seem like the worst thing that could happen, but there are two things that make their life on Earth rather difficult: One, they were kicked out halfway through their demon training, so they are unable to hide the more explicit parts of their demonic anatomy (namely, their horns), so it wouldn't be difficult for their true natures to be exposed. This also means that they aren't as powerful as any fully-fledged demons would be. The second thing that makes their life rather frustrating is that they absolutely hate being on Earth. Maybe it's the boring people, or the boring 'laws', but they would love nothing more than to go back to Hell.

Day in and day out, these two think up of harebrained schemes to get back into their former home. One of them heard that if they devoured a thousand souls they would be able to go back. They also heard that if they turn the city they're living in into the next Sodom & Gomorrah that they will be allowed entrance to Hell. The two have become so desperate that they're willing to try anything now. They're even willing to kiss up to any demons they find living in their city for the help they need, not that they are the most social bunch when it comes to fraternizing with other demons. Still, they have to be better company than those holy people who try to exterminate the pair.

The pair can usually be found downtown in a rundown laundromat, waiting for any unsuspecting victims to wander into their 'business' and right into their clutches. If you do decide to confront these two demons then take heed: Just because they aren't 'all-powerful' doesn't mean that they aren't powerful, and their time on Earth hasn't made them any less mischievous. At their best they are cunning and dangerous, but thankfully, at their worst they are inept and naive. They still haven't quite figured out how the world is supposed to work, and they have spent a fair share of nights in a jail cell because of laws they didn't know existed!

Name: Megan aka "Megadevil"

Even Hell has punks, and Megan was one of them. Blatant disregard for authority, constantly getting herself and her friend Helen in trouble... A lot of demons must've breathed a sigh of relief when she was finally exiled.

On Earth, she is the more cunning of the two. With a flair for the dramatic, she is the one who comes up with the various plots and plans the two have enacted to try and return to hell. She is the 'face' of the pair, if you will, and she's the one who does all the talking whenever they come in contact with another living being.

She brought her brashness along with her, but in a world where they would probably be better off keeping a low profile, that is not the best quality to have. She does manage to control herself, sometimes, and she does begrudgingly try to fit into society, even if it's just because not doing so would be more trouble than it's worth.

Name: Helen aka "Hellhammer"

If Megan is the brains of the pair, then Helen is the brawn. Or the closest thing, at least. Being Megan's eternal yes-woman meant that Helen would follow her to the ends of the earth. After their hell-raising caper in Hell, that's just what she did when she was kicked out alongside her friend.

Helen is quiet and appears docile, at least while Megan is around. She isn't as brash as Megan is, but in exchange she has an incredible curiosity for the world she lives in. She might be the better candidate for being the 'face' of the group, but she chooses to follow Megan in whatever scheme she's cooked up in that head of hers. While she does a much better job of keeping a low profile, she is still just as naive as her friend is, and more often than not her curiosity lands her in trouble. And, of course, going along with Megan's schemes can't be good for her, either.
